From the comforting charm of a British-Italian eatery to the refi ned energy of a New York-style brasserie and the bold edge of a gourmet burger pioneer, she built a deep, versatile understanding of what it takes to succeed — and lead — in fast-paced, high-standard environments.

As her career evolved, so did her responsibilities. Magdalena quickly moved into supervisory and managerial roles, overseeing operations, designing guest experiences, training multicultural teams, and navigating the delicate balance between effi ciency and warmth. Her ability to lead with empathy, clarity, and resilience has shaped not just her style — but the performance and spirit of the teams she’s built along the way.

Though she holds a law degree, her true calling was always in the heartbeat of hospitality — where service meets storytelling, and every detail matters. Her move to the fi ve-star landscapes of Greece and Cyprus marked a new chapter: one of fi nesse, luxury standards, and the calm precision demanded by world-class hotel environments.

Christos brings over 14 years of experience in Greece’s luxury hospitality sector, with a career rooted in the unique rhythms of island seasonality. Raised on Kos, he understands the needs and nuances of Greek tourism like few others — from the demands of peak summer fl ow to the high standards expected in 4- and 5-star environments.

He built his career in leading hotel groups such as Mitsis Hotels and Sani/Ikos, working across guest services, team leadership, operations, and staff training. Christos holds formal diplomas in Restaurant Management and Food & Beverage Management, along with Silver Service certifi cation — a blend of academic foundation and deep hands-on insight.

His strengths lie not only in his technical know-how — including menu planning, cost control, and front and back-of-house operations — but also in his ability to bring out the best in people. He has a natural gift for mentorship, creating trust-based learning environments where teams grow in both skill and confi dence.
