Bemolte Academy

Each candidate who joins us receives access to our proprietary e-learning platform, created based on our combined, nearly 30 years of experience in the hospitality industry. The training is divided into two main areas – general courses and specialist modules dedicated to specific roles such as waiter, bartender, or receptionist.

In the general courses, we cover the fundamentals of working in boutique hotels, high-end guest service standards, effective communication, and professional customer care. We also explore etiquette, personal presentation, and managing emotions in the workplace – essential for maintaining a professional and calm atmosphere, even in high-pressure situations.

Thanks to this comprehensive preparation, our staff are fully equipped to meet the highest hospitality standards from the very first day of the season, giving hotels confidence in the quality and consistency of service.
